The necessary documents include a copy of the birth certificate issued by the local Municipal Corporation and the report card of the previous class. Additionally, three self-attested passport size photographs and the applicant’s Aadhar card should be provided.
Once the registration is complete, an enrollment fee of Rs 25,000 (non-refundable) needs to be paid. Payment can be made through net banking, credit card, or a bank draft drawn in favor of ‘Principal, The Scindia School’.

To apply for admission to The Scindia School, follow these steps:
- Fill out the registration form available on the school’s official website.
- Submit the completed registration form, along with the required documents (birth certificate, previous class report card, and three passport size photographs), and the enrollment fee of Rs 25,000.
- After admission confirmation, students must pay a registration fee of Rs. 18,500 for SAA (Supplementary Admission Assessment).
- The evaluation for admission to Class XI takes place in the last week of March each year.
- Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable. Payments can be made through Net Banking, Credit Card, or a bank draft payable to ‘Principal, The Scindia School’.
The Common Admission Assessment (CAA) is held annually on the third Saturday of November. The Supplementary Admission Assessment (SAA) takes place in January/February for the upcoming session starting in July.
For the Gwalior center, registrations for SAA remain open until March 28, 2023. Students interested in taking SAA at The Scindia School, Gwalior, can also opt for on-the-spot registration on the day of the test.
Typically, the final result for CAA is declared around January 20, while the SAA result is announced by April 15. These timelines provide applicants with a clear understanding of the assessment schedules and result declarations for both admission processes.
The Scindia School Eligibility
The Scindia School welcomes students from grades VI to XII. Here are some important considerations for parents regarding the admission criteria:
For admission to classes VI, VII, and VIII, the candidate should be eleven, twelve, or thirteen years old respectively on January 1st of the admission year.
